What You Will Work On:

- Product website evolution - Extend synaps3.ai, 2ndbrainlabs.ai & other product websites/UIs to showcase product demo videos, console previews, and interactive product features. Reactive design and state-of-the-art UI components are non-negotiable.

- Product console UI development - Build and iterate on the Synapse governance and management console as we expand from MCP server generation into RAG pipelines and Skills. Work directly from Figma designs - and push back on them constructively.

- Cross-platform compatibility - Every surface must work flawlessly across browsers, Mac, and Windows. PWA implementation and responsive design are part of your standard output, not afterthoughts.

- Tech stack ownership - We are on Next.js today. You will audit what we have, tell us what needs to change, and own those decisions end-to-end. We want opinions, not executors.

- Rapid release cycles - We launch frequently. You need to be someone who finds energy in that pace, not someone who needs six weeks of planning to ship a new page.

- Future Electron-style apps - Cross-platform desktop app capability is on the roadmap. You should understand the direction and have a point of view on how we get there from where we are now.

What We Are Looking For:

- 3-5 years of full-stack UI development experience, with a strong frontend bias.

- Deep fluency in React, Next.js, Node & Python - and a clear opinion on when to use what.

- Strong command of modern CSS, tailwind, animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP or equivalent) (Optional), and component systems.

- Experience building responsive, PWA-ready, cross-browser interfaces - not just knowing the theory.

- Ability to implement complex UI components: video embeds, interactive demos, console-style dashboards, real-time data displays from DBs / other analytical tools.

- Comfort reading and collaborating on Figma files - but not a requirement to wait for them before acting.

- Strong opinions on tech stack choices, performance, and developer experience - backed by reasoning, not preference.

- B2B SaaS or enterprise product experience is a strong plus.

Stack Context:

- Current site: Next.js, deployed on Vercel-style infrastructure.

- Backend: FastAPI, GCP, Qdrant, integrations already in place, Stripe (Pending).

- AI integrations: Anthropic, CrewAI, MCP protocol - you will be building UI on top of all of this.

- You are expected to evaluate this stack, propose improvements, and own the frontend architecture going forward.
