Role Overview :

As a 2D/3D Animator at Kaidoko, you will play a vital role in creating engaging and immersive content that enhances learning experiences. From developing motion graphics and storyboards to designing realistic 3D models and environments, you'll collaborate with designers, video editors, and AR/VR engineers to bring educational concepts and promotional ideas to life. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about animation, storytelling, and creative design in the edtech space.

Key Responsibilities :

- 2D Animation & Motion Graphics: Create animations and motion graphics for educational modules, marketing campaigns, and promotional videos.

- 3D Animation & Modeling: Design and develop high-quality 3D characters, environments, and simulations for immersive learning experiences.

- Storyboarding & Concept Development: Build detailed storyboards and visual concepts to communicate ideas effectively before production.

- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, illustrators, video editors, and AR/VR engineers to integrate animations seamlessly into multimedia projects.

- Creative Input: Contribute innovative ideas to enhance storytelling, learner engagement, and visual appeal.

- Optimization & Quality Assurance: Ensure animations are polished, visually consistent, and optimized for performance across platforms and devices.

- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends in 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, and AR/VR integration to continuously improve content quality.

- Deadline Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and maintaining high standards.

Requirements :

- 0 - 3 years of experience in 2D and/or 3D animation (internships, freelance, or academic projects count).

- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Animate, After Effects, Toon Boom (for 2D) and Autodesk Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max (for 3D).

- Strong drawing, illustration, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Knowledge of rigging, texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques for 3D projects.

- Understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual aesthetics.

- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and adapt to feedback.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
