Role Overview :

We are hiring a Senior .NET Full Stack Lead with strong hands-on coding, solution delivery, and client-facing experience. This role requires working directly with US stakeholders, leading technical discussions, driving delivery under tight timelines, and mentoring engineering teams.

Excellent communication skills are mandatory

US client exposure is non-negotiable

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of .NET Full Stack applications for US-based clients

- Design, develop, and review high-quality .NET solutions under tight project schedules

- Act as a technical point of contact during client discussions, requirement grooming, and solution reviews

- Drive API integrations, system design, and secure application architecture

- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies

Must-Have Technical Skills (Non-Negotiable) :

.NET Technology Stack (4/5) :

10+ years of strong hands-on experience in :

- C#, ASP.NET, Web API

- SQL Server 2012+

- Windows Services, Web Services

- REST & SOAP-based APIs

- jQuery, JavaScript

Frontend Technologies (4/5) :

- React.js OR Angular (hands-on, production experience required)

- Bootstrap, jQuery

- Minimum 3+ years working with JavaScript libraries/frameworks

API & Integration (3.5/5) :

- API integration and development

- Web Services, SOA, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, BPEL

- Experience with XML, XSD, and schema-based integrations

Containers & DevOps :

- Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes

- CI/CD pipeline exposure

Testing & Quality :

- Strong experience with Unit Testing & TDD

- Exposure to BDD using tools like :

- Selenium

- Cucumber

- Gherkin

- JUnit

Good to Have :

- Azure cloud native services :

- Cosmos DB

- AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)

- Key Vaults

- Azure APIs

- Strong understanding of relational databases & SQL

- Experience with cloud-native and microservices architecture

Client Interaction :

- Direct client interviews involved

- Regular interaction with US stakeholders

- Must demonstrate strong communication, articulation, and presentation skills
