Key Responsibilities :

Migrate C# Projects :

- Migrate existing Job Engine plugins and supporting libraries to .NET Standard 2.0 or .NET 8, carefully managing dependency order.

- Ensure that libraries shared by other .NET Framework services are updated to target .NET Standard 2.0 to maintain compatibility.

- Identify and resolve compatibility issues with third-party NuGet packages, which may involve upgrading package versions or finding functionally equivalent alternatives.

SDLC Participation :

- Actively participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), adhering to documented best practices for security, coding style guides, pull requests, and comprehensive documentation.

- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to perform thorough unit and integration testing for all migrated libraries and new features.

- Develop and maintain robust back-end services using .NET, C#, and .NET Core.

- Design and implement scalable front-end user interfaces using React.

- Work with SQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and data manipulation.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.

- Contribute to code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Required Skills :

Experience : 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.

Back-End Development :

- Strong proficiency in .NET and C#.

- Extensive experience with .NET Core.

Front-End Development :

- Solid experience with React for building modern web applications.

Database :

- Proficiency in SQL, including database design, querying, and optimization.

- Migration Expertise : Demonstrated experience with migrating legacy applications or libraries to newer .NET frameworks (e.g., .NET Standard, .NET 8).

- Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Collaboration : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

- SDLC Understanding : Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
