About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled C#/.NET Developer with strong fundamentals in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, and Algorithms (DSA). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance applications using the Microsoft tech stack and modern frontend technologies.

This role will support finance and operations workflows, making it essential for the candidate to be process-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working in high-accountability environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain scalable applications using C#/.NET Core, Web APIs, and RESTful services.

- Develop and support front-end applications using TypeScript and ReactJS.

- Execute and manage manual or semi-automated scripts in production environments with precision and care.

- Support and improve finance and operations-related workflows, including compliance and reimbursement processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Ops, and Customer Support, to ensure alignment and understanding of workflows.

- Write and maintain clear documentation including runbooks, process documents, and implementation guides.

- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and transition them to backend services.

- Implement observability best practices to ensure metrics and operational data are clearly accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Follow best practices for version control, rollback strategies, and safe change deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 5+ years of software development experience using C#/.NET.

- Solid understanding of OOP principles, DSA, and software design patterns.

- Hands-on experience with TypeScript and ReactJS.

- Strong knowledge of .NET Core/.NET Framework, Web APIs, and backend services.

- Experience with SQL Server or similar relational databases.

- Proficient in using Git for version control.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred/Added Advantage :

- Experience working with Azure cloud services.

- Familiarity or hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Power Automate.

- Prior exposure to financial systems, insurance, benefits, or reimbursement platforms.

- Demonstrated ability to automate and optimize existing workflows.
