1. Manage Zuora Billing configuration and enhancements :

- Configure and maintain products, subscriptions, rate plans, billing rules, invoices, payments, and related Zuora components based on business requirements.

2. Develop and support Zuora integrations :

- Build, troubleshoot, and maintain integrations using Zuora REST APIs, workflows, SOQL/SQL, and the Zuora Object Model.

3. Support the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle :

- Work across subscription creation, amendments, renewals, cancellations, invoicing, collections, payments, and revenue-related processes.

4. Analyze and resolve production issues :

- Investigate billing, subscription, invoice, payment, and integration issues; perform root-cause analysis and implement fixes while ensuring minimal business disruption.

5. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders :

- Understand requirements, translate them into Zuora solutions, participate in solution design, testing/UAT, deployments, and provide ongoing technical guidance and support.
