Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, identify and mitigate risks, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to expected quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and status reports.

- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

- Track project progress, manage dependencies, resolve blockers, and proactively escalate risks and issues.

- Manage effort estimates, timelines, scope changes, and delivery commitments.

- Facilitate project meetings, sprint/release planning, reviews, steering updates, and stakeholder communications.

- Ensure adherence to project process, quality standards and delivery best practices.

- Drive continuous improvement by conducting retrospectives, lessons learned sessions, and process optimization initiatives.

Required Skills and Competencies :

- Strong project planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, facilitation, and leadership abilities.

- Advanced Excel and Word skills.

- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MPP.

- Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Ability to prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, and delivery presentations.

Qualifications and Experience :

- Bachelors degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, delivery management, or program coordination.

- Experience managing software development, IT implementation, digital transformation, or business process projects is preferred.

- PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe, or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.

- Experience working with distributed teams, client-facing delivery models, and vendor coordination is desirable.

- Experience in handling at least 10 - 15 member team.
