Role Overview :

As a Senior Salesforce Developer at Zouston Tech, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality Salesforce solutions that address complex business challenges for our diverse clientele.

This role involves collaborating closely with business analysts, solution architects, and project managers to translate functional requirements into technical specifications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Your contributions will directly impact user productivity, customer satisfaction, and the overall efficiency of critical business processes, driving tangible value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, leveraging Apex, Visual Force, and Salesforce LWC to meet intricate business requirements for our clients.

- Architect and execute robust Salesforce Integration strategies with external systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless connectivity for critical business operations.

- Drive the Salesforce Customization and Salesforce Configuration of core Salesforce products, including SFDC Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Health Cloud, and Salesforce Financial Service Cloud, to align with client needs.

- Provide expert guidance on Salesforce Administration best practices, including security models, data management, and release processes, ensuring system stability and compliance.

- Develop and maintain advanced components and applications using Javascript for enhanced user experiences and functionality within the Salesforce ecosystem.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, estimate efforts, and deliver solutions within project timelines and budget, ensuring successful project outcomes.

- Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure the scalability, performance, and maintainability of Salesforce applications for long-term operational efficiency.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely support and innovative solutions to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.

- Contribute to the evolution of our Salesforce practice by staying abreast of new features, tools, and best practices, including advancements in Salesforce data cloud and Salesforce Agentforce.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in developing and customizing Salesforce applications using Apex, Visual Force, and Salesforce LWC.

- Strong expertise in configuring and implementing various Salesforce Clouds, including SFDC Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Health Cloud, and Salesforce Financial Service Cloud.

- Proven ability in designing and executing complex Salesforce Integration patterns with third-party systems.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce Customization and Salesforce Configuration best practices, including data models, security, and automation tools.

- Experience with Javascript for front-end development and enhancing Salesforce UI/UX.

- Excellent Communication Skills, capable of articulating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving aptitude, adept at troubleshooting and optimizing Salesforce environments.
