Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Certinia Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform with strong expertise in Certinia PSA and Accounting modules. The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge along with functional understanding of financial and services automation processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable solutions on Salesforce and Certinia (FinancialForce) platform

- Work extensively on Certinia PSA (Professional Services Automation) and Accounting modules

- Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows

- Customize and configure Salesforce as per business requirements

- Build automation using Flow Development

- Manage Salesforce Administration tasks including profiles, roles, and user management

- Implement and maintain Salesforce Security Model (OWD, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, Permission Sets)

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems when required

- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment activities

- Provide technical support and performance optimization

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong experience in Apex, Triggers, LWC (Lightning Web Components)

- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Flows

- Experience in Salesforce Administration

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Security & Data Access

- Working experience in Certinia PSA & Accounting modules

- Understanding of financial processes, billing, revenue recognition, and project accounting

- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) is a plus
