Zorba AI - EDI Business Analyst

In this role, the Business Analyst will be pivotal in optimizing business processes and system functionality for a leading nutrition company that offers consumer brands and ingredients for sports, health, and lifestyle.

The analyst will leverage their expertise in SAP functional areas, electronic data interchange (EDI), and IBM Sterling integration to ensure seamless data exchange and process efficiency.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

- Design and implement SAP solutions that align with business goals, ensuring effective integration with existing systems.

- Manage EDI transactions using IBM Sterling, including setup, testing, and troubleshooting to facilitate accurate data exchange.

- Conduct training sessions for users and provide ongoing support to maximize the utilization of SAP and EDI systems.

- Work closely with IT teams to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to best practices.

- Monitor system performance and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and

effectiveness.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills :

- Bachelors degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent.

- Strong functional knowledge of SAP modules such as sales and distribution (SD), materials

management (MM), or financial accounting (FI).

- Proven experience with EDI standards and protocols, including ANSI X12, EDIFACT, or XML.

- Proficiency in IBM Sterling integration tools and technologies.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable

insights.

- Effective communication skills to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other advanced SAP technologies.

- Understanding of supply chain processes and logistics operations.

- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
