Role : Senior Devops Engineer (Immediate Joiner only)

Experience : 4+ years

Location : Pune (On-Site)

Responsibilities :

- Lead design and resolution of complex cloud infrastructure and scalability challenges

- Drive and evangelize DevOps and CI/CD culture across engineering teams

- Act as a technical advisor to developers on building scalable, fault-tolerant, highly available systems

- Own and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, identify and eliminate delivery bottlenecks

- Architect and maintain systems for :

- Monitoring & alerting

- Centralized logging

- Infrastructure automation

- Collaborate closely with teams to ensure production readiness, reliability, and performance

- Evaluate emerging technologies, build PoCs, and define implementation roadmaps

- Improve system efficiency by removing infra and process bottlenecks

- Act as a bridge between engineering, product, and operations teams

Core Requirements :

Cloud & Infrastructure :

- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS): EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda, CloudFormation, SQS

- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture

- Experience with on-prem and/or private cloud environments

DevOps & Automation :

- Proven experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git-based workflows)

- Strong expertise in Kubernetes (deployment, orchestration, scaling)

- Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)

- Proficiency in scripting: Python, Shell, or Go

Monitoring, Logging & Performance :

- Experience with ELK stack or similar for centralized logging

- Setup of monitoring & alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)

- Experience in performance tuning and system optimization

Systems & Architecture :

Experience with :

- Queue-based systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)

- Caching systems (Redis or similar)

- Batch jobs and automation workflows

- Strong understanding of Nginx, Ansible, and system configuration management

Security & Compliance :

- Experience handling PII/security-sensitive systems

- Exposure to internal and external audits

- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments

Additional Requirements :

- 4+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Cloud Engineering

- Strong expertise with Git or version control systems

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

- Ownership mindset with strong problem-solving ability
