Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.

- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies.

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Appium, RestAssured, TestNG, Cucumber, Java Selenium, and Playwright.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.

- Identify, document, and track defects and issues through to resolution.

- Continuously improve the QA process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.

- Monitor and report on key quality metrics and ensure adherence to quality standards.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in QA and automation testing.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a QA Lead or in a similar leadership role in software quality assurance.

- Strong experience with automation testing tools and frameworks, including Appium, RestAssured, TestNG, Cucumber, Java Selenium, and Playwright.

- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Docker.

- Experience with performance and security testing.

- ISTQB, BTech certification or equivalent
