Job Description :

Zinnov is hiring for the role of Technology Manager, Finance Apps (FP&A) on behalf of our Global MNC MedTech client company, a company where technology sits at the centre of everything : powering how the core business operates day to day and shaping the products and digital solutions that will define the future of patient care. This role is part of the company's establishment of their new India Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru which will drive enterprise technology, digital transformation and innovation for its global operations and contributing to technology that ultimately helps millions of people around the world.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.

Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.

What we're looking for :

- 8+ years of relevant leadership and hands-on experience planning, designing, and delivering FP&A applications with leading planning applications such as SAP SAC Planning, Anaplan, Oracle, or analogous platforms.

- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Ability to analyze financial and operational data and support reporting and insights generation.

- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.

- Effective communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

- Experience with SAP ECC and S/4 enterprise source systems.

- Ability to work under guidance in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of financial modeling and variance analysis.

- Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

- Understanding of data management, integration, and automation.

- Experience in supporting global finance stakeholders.

- Experience in a company divestiture and separation scenario.
