WHO YOU ARE :

The Senior Product Manager leads the Product Life Cycle and strongly contributes to the research & development activities related to the design and development of our products and qualification or re-qualification of new and existing products.

The individual will work with Zinnias Product Organization to ensure alignment with organizations strategy and vision.


WHAT YOULL DO :

- Lead & contribute into the execution of product lifecycle processes for our Insurtech products/platforms, work with cross-functional teams to ensure fulfilment of product requirements, evaluates product performance and transition products from development to commercialization.

- Lead technical discussions with Engineering teams & thoroughly manage technical/business requirements.

- Assists in determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases and regular corrective service or service pack releases.

- Mentor/Drive a team of Product Managers while acting as a technical consultant to the product organization and leads research, and prototyping of innovative technologies and products.

- Ensures the technology and architectural roadmap of engineering is properly aligned with and supports the product/business road map.

- Acts as a customer liaison on technical issues related to product integration, custom development and requirements.

- May lead major releases and ensure feature enhancements respond to customer requests.

- Responsible for product delivery managing schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development.


WHAT YOULL NEED :

- 8+ years of experience into Product Management, including analyzing software/product design, development, and deployment.

- Bachelors/Master's or equivalent Degree in technology or related field

- Strong Background of working as a Technical Product Manager or Business Analyst/Product Analyst in an enterprise environment.

- Hands-on understanding of API Integration, SQL, Data Analysis etc.

- Strong understanding of SDLC & technology system interfaces, data integration, networks, and operating systems

- Coaching & mentoring a team of Product Managers or Product Owners

- An SME who performs work with a high degree of latitude; handles the most complex issues.

- Possess strong Communication skills, Problem-solving & Analytical thinking skills.

- Can lead individual assignments & deliver with strong expertise

- Expert level experience in delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and the use of relevant tools

- Ability to influence, lead, and work as part of a cross-functional in a global team setup

- Experience in Life & Annuity Industry is preferred, not mandatory
