Responsibilities :

- Design and develop project quality goals, test strategy,test plan and test cases in collaboration with product managers and developers.

- Identify and implement the required testing and coverage metrics.

- Design automated testing solutions and processes to ensure quality,performance and scalability of the system.

- Design, implement, enhance and maintain test cases corresponding to various product areas.

- Build and mentor team members.

- Analyse test results and work with the engineering team to resolve issues.

- Ensure code test coverage meets standards.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of testing and automation experience.

- Experience in leading the testing practice and writing exhaustive test plans, test cases and automating test cases & test result analysis.

- Experience in building framework and executing automated and performance tests for REST based services.

- Experience with test automation tools Selenium and Appium or others.

- Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking.

- Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven ability to collaborate successfully across cross functions.
