We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Guidewire Data Analyst to join our team. You'll play a crucial role in interacting with customers, Guidewire Business Analysts (BAs), and the Data Warehouse team to map the Data Warehouse (DW) and Semantic layers. This role requires extensive knowledge of Guidewire data models, including PolicyCenter (PC), BillingCenter (BC), and ClaimCenter (CC), as well as proficiency in SQL queries.

Key Responsibilities :

- Guidewire Data Expertise : Leverage your vast experience with Guidewire data models (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) to effectively support data mapping and integration efforts.

- Data Warehousing Collaboration : Work closely with the Data Warehouse team to ensure seamless data flow and integration across systems.

- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement : Engage directly with customers to understand their specific data needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their requirements.

- Business to Technical Translation : Collaborate with Guidewire Business Analysts to accurately translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.

- SQL Development & Optimization : Write and optimize complex SQL queries for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) as needed.

- Cross-Functional Bridge : Act as a critical bridge between the Data Warehousing team and the Xcenter team, facilitating clear communication and mutual understanding.

- Client Communication : Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients who are undergoing transitions from legacy systems to Xcenters.

Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst, with extensive experience with Guidewire data models (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).

- Technical Skills : Proficient in SQL for data manipulation and advanced data mapping techniques.

- Data Warehousing : Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and practices.

- Communication : Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with various technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Problem-Solving : Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues efficiently.

- Team Collaboration : Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Xcenters and a clear understanding of their comparison to legacy systems.

- Work experience with Cloud data engineering environments (Azure/AWS).

- Previous experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
