Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


- Design and develop complex PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, and triggers to support payroll calculations and HR data management, ensuring high data integrity for the finance and HR departments.


- Configure and customize Oracle Payroll Fast Formulas to meet unique organizational compensation structures and statutory requirements, enabling precise and timely salary disbursements.


- Collaborate with functional teams to perform gap analysis and develop technical specifications for RICEFW objects, ensuring that all customizations align with business objectives.


- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data migration and integration projects using Oracle APIs and Web Services, facilitating smooth data flow between HRMS and third-party financial systems.


- Provide expert-level production support by diagnosing and resolving technical bottlenecks in the payroll engine, minimizing system downtime and ensuring a seamless user experience for the workforce.


- Optimize existing system performance through rigorous code reviews and database tuning, enhancing the scalability of our HR infrastructure to support future business growth.


Job Requirements:


- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HRMS Technical roles, with a strong focus on Payroll.

- In-depth knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules and their functionalities, particularly Payroll.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Strong programming skills, especially in Oracle PL/SQL, to develop and customize Oracle HRMS modules.

- Experience with Oracle Cloud or other cloud-based HRMS systems is an advantage.

- Familiarity with HR processes and best practices, ensuring alignment with Oracle HRMS configurations.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

- A relevant IT or HR-related degree or certification is preferred.
