SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager (PM) - Scrum Master

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager and Scrum Master to manage project delivery using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

The ideal candidate should have experience in SAP SuccessFactors project delivery, particularly in Recruitment, along with strong skills in stakeholder management, business requirement gathering, sprint planning, and delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.

- Manage, prioritise, and refine the product backlog.

- Define SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment business requirements and translate them into user stories.

- Monitor sprint progress, track deliverables, and ensure timely project delivery.

- Facilitate Agile practices and support teams in following Scrum methodologies.

- Coordinate with stakeholders and delivery teams to address project requirements and dependencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 10+ years of overall professional experience.

- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors project delivery using Scrum practices.

- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors and/or Scrum methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks and business requirement gathering.

- Proven ability to manage project delivery using Scrum methodologies.

- Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.

- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination.
