SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with strong expertise in implementing and configuring Employee Central solutions. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of HR processes and workflows, along with hands-on experience in data integration, permissions, security configurations, system testing, and implementation support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure Employee Central workflows and integration points.

- Manage and optimise permissions and security settings for employee data.

- Support HR process improvements through effective Employee Central configuration.

- Conduct system testing and support implementation activities.

- Train HR teams on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central functionality.

- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot system-related issues.

- Work towards improving HR process efficiency through effective use of Employee Central.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) certification is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.

- Expertise in data integration, permissions, and security configurations.

- Experience in system testing and implementation support.

- Strong understanding of Employee Central functionality.
