We are hiring an experienced EHR Ancillary Applications Associate to support and optimize Epic, Oracle Cerner, and integrated ancillary clinical applications within a healthcare IT environment.

Experience : 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Support, configure, and maintain ancillary clinical applications integrated with Epic or Oracle Cerner.

- Perform application build, workflow configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

- Support interfaces, integrations, upgrades, and go-live activities.

- Collaborate with clinical, technical, and business stakeholders to optimize application performance.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, test scripts, and implementation artifacts.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and PHI security standards.

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of experience supporting EHR/EMR and ancillary clinical applications.

- Hands-on experience with Epic, Oracle Cerner, or similar EHR platforms.

- Experience with application configuration, workflow analysis, testing, and issue resolution.

- Knowledge of HL7, interfaces, and healthcare interoperability.

- Strong understanding of healthcare IT environments and clinical workflows.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with clinical applications such as Laboratory, Imaging, Pharmacy, Cardiology, Perioperative, or other ancillary systems.

- Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, or healthcare implementation methodologies.
