About the Role :
We are looking for Cloud Applications Engineers to join our Bangalore-based team to ensure development, deployment, reliability, maintainability, and evolution of our cloud-native products.
This role blends application development with cloud infrastructure ownership, focused on improving system performance, observability, and feature delivery across our Google Cloud-based stack.
You will work hands-on with backend, frontend, and data systems while also applying DevOps best practices to streamline deployment and system operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and enhance features in our applications using Python, Node.js, and React
- Develop and maintain cloud-native services on Google Cloud Platform including BigQuery, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Functions
- Improve system reliability and maintainability through automation, refactoring, and monitoring
- Own and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and secure deployments
- Build operational dashboards using Superset and other observability tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance, scale, and uptime
- Respond to incidents, troubleshoot production issues, and apply learnings to prevent recurrence

Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack or backend-focused cloud engineering roles
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform or other cloud ecosystems
- Solid command of SQL and experience working with large datasets
- Comfort with both application development and cloud infrastructure
- Familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring, and observability best practices
- Strong debugging skills and a bias for improving system design over time
Good to Have :
- Experience with Superset or similar BI/dashboarding tools
- Prior experience building data products or analytics-driven systems
- Exposure to performance tuning on GCP (especially BigQuery, Cloud SQL)
- Knowledge of security and access control in cloud environments
