Role Overview :

Yoda Tech is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Technical Consultant to provide technical administration, configuration support, reporting, integration troubleshooting, data management, testing, and application support across the SAP SuccessFactors environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on technical experience in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in system administration, reporting, integrations, data management, troubleshooting, and testing.

Knowledge of HR processes and the ability to support functional HR activities will be an added advantage, but the primary focus of this role is technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain SAP SuccessFactors system configurations, employee data, and technical settings.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors modules and related applications.

- Analyze and resolve system errors, technical issues, integration failures, replication issues, and interface errors.

- Troubleshoot SuccessFactors integrations with other HR and enterprise systems and coordinate with technical/integration teams for resolution.

- Develop, modify, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using SuccessFactors reporting tools such as Story Reports, Canvas Reports, and Ad Hoc Reports.

- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and technical data audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Support system enhancements, configuration changes, upgrades, and SuccessFactors releases.

- Participate in UAT, regression testing, defect analysis, and deployment activities.

- Analyze technical and business requirements and translate them into appropriate SuccessFactors technical solutions.

- Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical tickets within agreed SLAs.

- Collaborate with HR, functional consultants, integration teams, developers, and business stakeholders to investigate and resolve technical issues.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration documents, troubleshooting guides, SOPs, and support documentation.

- Identify opportunities for system optimization, automation, process improvement, and improved data quality.

- Support knowledge transfer and provide technical guidance to users and relevant internal teams.

HR Process Support - Good to Have :

- Candidates with knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes will have an added advantage.

- Exposure to the following areas would be beneficial :

1. Hiring and onboarding.

2. Employee transfers and promotions.

3. Organizational changes.

4. Employee data management.

5. Terminations.

6. Performance management.

7. Compensation processes.

8. Time Off.

9. Annual HR cycles and year-end activities.

- The candidate does not need to be an HR functional specialist.

- However, the ability to understand HR processes and translate business requirements into SuccessFactors technical solutions would be beneficial.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

- Strong technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

- Experience with SuccessFactors configuration, administration, reporting, troubleshooting, and technical support.

- Strong experience with SuccessFactors reporting tools, particularly Story Reports, Canvas Reports, and/or Ad Hoc Reports.

- Experience troubleshooting SuccessFactors integrations, replication, and interfaces.

- Experience with data management, validation, reconciliation, and system audits.

- Experience with UAT, regression testing, release management, and defect resolution.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good understanding of IT support processes, incident management, and ticket resolution.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively with HR, IT, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills :

- SAP SuccessFactors certification.

- Experience with Employee Central integrations and replication.

- Hands-on experience with Integration Center.

- Knowledge of OData APIs, REST/SOAP APIs, or middleware/integration technologies.

- Experience with SuccessFactors modules such as PMGM, Compensation, LMS, and Time Off.

- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or other ITSM/ticket management tools.

- Understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.

- Experience supporting SuccessFactors upgrades, releases, enhancements, and regression testing.
