Job Description :

Yoda Tech is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Talent Suite Consultant with strong expertise in Compensation & Variable Pay and mandatory hands-on experience in the Learning Management System (LMS) module.

The ideal candidate will have experience implementing, configuring, testing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management solutions, along with working knowledge of other Talent Suite modules.

The candidate should be comfortable translating business requirements into effective system configurations and collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Talent Suite modules, with a primary focus on Compensation and Variable Pay.

- Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and recommend appropriate system solutions.

- Configure Compensation and Variable Pay functionality to align with business requirements and organizational policies.

- Support SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) implementation, configuration, enhancements, and issue resolution.

- Participate in solution design, system configuration, unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Support production deployment, post-go-live activities, incidents, service requests, and system enhancements.

- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, test cases, and implementation documentation.

- Collaborate with HR teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

- Follow SAP best practices, project standards, and established implementation methodologies.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of Talent Management processes and system performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting.

- Strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.

- Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS).

- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.

- Working knowledge of the following Talent Suite modules :

1. Performance & Goal Management (PMGM)

2. Calibration

3. Succession

4. Career Development

- Strong understanding of Talent Management business processes.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Basic knowledge of SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) integration.

- Experience participating in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.

- Exposure to cross-module integration and Talent Management process improvements.

- Familiarity with SAP implementation best practices and project documentation standards.
