Yoda Tech is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Business Analyst to support financial processes and SAP-based finance solutions.

The ideal candidate will combine strong functional knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) with business analysis skills to translate finance requirements into effective SAP solutions.

The candidate will work closely with finance stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, and business users to analyse requirements, improve financial processes, support implementations, and resolve system issues.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for SAP Finance and Controlling processes.

- Work with finance stakeholders to understand existing workflows, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.

- Analyse and support SAP FI modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.

- Support SAP CO processes, including cost centre accounting, internal orders, profit centre accounting, and cost allocation.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for implementation.

- Participate in fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration reviews, and impact assessments.

- Support integration between SAP FICO and other modules, including Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD).

- Coordinate functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Investigate finance-related system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution.

- Support month-end and year-end closing activities and troubleshoot related system issues.

- Prepare process documentation, functional specifications, test scenarios, and user training materials.

- Support SAP enhancements, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of finance-system changes and compliance with business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 9 - 11 years of experience in SAP FICO, finance business analysis, or SAP finance consulting.

- Strong functional knowledge of SAP FI and CO.

- Experience with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.

- Understanding of cost centre accounting, profit centre accounting, internal orders, and controlling processes.

- Experience in business requirements gathering, stakeholder discussions, and process documentation.

- Ability to prepare functional specifications and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.

- Experience with functional testing, UAT, defect management, and issue resolution.

- Understanding of integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work with finance, business, and technical teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance.

- Knowledge of financial closing, reconciliation, and reporting processes.

- Experience with SAP implementation, rollout, migration, or enhancement projects.

- Familiarity with financial controls, audit requirements, and compliance processes.

- Experience with reporting and reconciliation tools used in SAP finance environments.
