Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-focused Senior Business Analyst / Manager - Analytics to drive data-led decision-making within our Revenue & Growth team. The role will partner closely with business stakeholders to uncover insights, evaluate growth opportunities, and influence strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the primary analytics and insights partner for the Revenue & Growth team

- Develop data models and reporting frameworks to generate actionable business insights

- Size business initiatives, design and execute A/B tests, and validate growth hypotheses

- Lead and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring quality and timely deliverables

- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Excel, and Python (good to have)

- Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-backed business decisions

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4-5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Strategy

- Strong expertise in SQL and Advanced Excel

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience in experimentation, A/B testing, and business impact analysis

- Python knowledge is an added advantage
