Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Native Developer with 3+ years of experience in mobile application development. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building high-performance, scalable, mobile applications. You will be responsible for designing robust architectures, optimizing application performance, and ensuring seamless cross-platform functionality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, develop and optimize React Native applications for both iOS and Android.

- Implement Redux (Redux Toolkit) for efficient state management and ensure smooth offline data handling.

- Build offline applications using Redux Persist, SQLite, and AsyncStorage.

- Ensure high performance, low latency, and secure mobile applications.

- Develop and integrate secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, Firebase Auth).

- Handle end-to-end app lifecycle management, including deployment on the App Store and Google Play Store.

- Utilize Fastlane, Bitrise, or Jenkins for CI/CD automation.

- Optimize applications for low battery consumption, smooth animations, and crash-free experiences.

- Work with GraphQL, RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and backend teams to ensure efficient data communication.

- Implement analytics, push notifications, and user engagement strategies using Firebase, and Mixpanel.

- Lead and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in mobile app development with a strong focus on React Native.

- Strong knowledge of Redux toolkit, Redux Persist, Context API, and offline data storage solutions.

- Expertise in TypeScript, React Hooks, and performance optimizations.

- Proficiency in Native Modules development (Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C, Java).

- Hands-on experience with App Store/Play Store deployment, release management, and crash analytics.

- Familiarity with Unit Testing, Jest.

- Strong understanding of secure coding practices, encryption, and compliance standards.

- Ability to write clean, modular, and scalable code following best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership, and communication abilities.
