YES MADAM is on the hunt for a System Architect to design and lead the next generation of scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems powering Indias fastest-growing beauty & wellness platform.

As a System Architect, youll be the technical backbone of our engineering team driving architecture, defining scalability strategies, and mentoring developers to build systems that support millions of users with seamless availability.

What You'll Do :

- Design and lead architecture for distributed, microservices-based systems

- Collaborate with Product, Backend, Frontend, and DevOps teams to convert business goals into scalable tech solutions

- Define coding, performance, and security best practices

- Optimize latency, reliability, and system performance

- Drive modernization containerization, CI/CD, observability, cloud-native upgrades

- Conduct architecture reviews and mentor development teams

- Evaluate and integrate emerging tech for cost & performance efficiency

What Were Looking For :

- Strong expertise in Java / Spring Boot / Microservices Architecture

- Deep understanding of system design & scalability patterns

- Experience working on AWS Cloud Platform

- Proficiency with SQL (MySQL) & NoSQL (Redis) databases

- Solid foundation in API design, caching, async processing, event-driven systems

- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

- Strong problem-solving & communication skills

Bonus Points If You Have :

- Built large-scale, high-concurrency systems

- Worked with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK/Elastic stack)

- Expertise in application security & compliance

- Led tech migrations or platform redesigns
