About the Role :

We are looking for a highly creative and hands-on Graphic Design Lead in the to elevate the Visual identity and overall look & feel of our app communication.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Graphic Designers

- Drive the overall visual quality, freshness, and consistency of the app and brand creatives.

- Take ownership of key creative initiatives to improve app look & feel, engagement, and visual storytelling.

- Conceptualize and execute high-impact creatives.

- Bring new-age design trends, motion ideas, AI-assisted workflows, and creative experimentation into the team.

- Act as both a manager and an individual contributor, ideal for someone who can think strategically while also executing high-quality creative work.

- Improve design processes, quality standards, turnaround time, and creative efficiency within the team.

What We're Looking For :

- 5+ years of experience in graphic design and visual communication.

- Prior experience managing or mentoring a design team.

- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, freshness, branding, digital campaigns, and app-focused design work.

- Strong understanding of typography, layouts, color systems, and visual hierarchy.

- High ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives.

- Understanding of consumer internet, D2C, beauty, lifestyle or app-first businesses is a plus.

- Expertise in crafting motion graphics, seamless micro-animations, and interactive visuals

- Ability to balance speed with high creative quality.
