Yes Bank - Senior Developer - FICO Blaze Advisor

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop business rules and decision management solutions using FICO Blaze Advisor.

- Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Design, develop, test, and deploy FICO Blaze Advisor rule artifacts, including rule sets, decision trees, decision tables, and rule flows.

- Analyze existing business rules and decision-making processes and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization.

- Work closely with development teams to integrate FICO Blaze solutions into existing systems and applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FICO Blaze Advisor implementation.

- Document technical designs, implementation details, and user guides for FICO Blaze solutions.

- Scorecards and CR development along with unit testing.

- Bug fixes and support for SIT and UAT testing.

- Support client team on releasing and deploying the new changes into the production environment.

- Knowledge of integration technologies and Design Pattern is desirable.

- Experience in FICO Blaze/DMP and its decision entities knowledge like Decision Table, Scorecard, Decision Tree, Function, Rule set and debug skill

- Continuous Service Improvement (Identifying the root causes of performance issues and fixing them)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

- Extensive technical experience and development expertise in .Net/Java technologies,

- Possess advanced knowledge of object-oriented design and development (OOA/OOD)

- Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.

- Hands on experience in JBoss, Tomcat and Weblogic/Websphere servers

- Good understanding in both SDLC and agile methodologies

- Understanding of cloud-based development and deployment

- Knowledge of integration technologies and Design Pattern is desirable.

- Experience in FICO Blaze/DMP and its decision entities knowledge like Decision Table, Scorecard, Decision Tree, Function, Rule set and debug skill

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer science, Information Systems, or a related field;

- Over 5+ years of experience in FICO Blaze products

- Proven experience in developing and implementing business rules and decision management solutions using FICO Blaze Advisor.

- Strong knowledge of rule-based systems and decision- management concepts.

- Proficiency in Java programming and object-oriented design principles.

- Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as agile and Scrum

- Strong understanding of Credit & Loan Origination lifecycle.

- Familiarity with credit strategies, scorecards, and risk models.

- Experience with Decision Harvesting Workbook (DHW).

- Proficient in documentation tools : MS Office, Visio, SmartDraw.

- Solid understanding of JSON and its use in API and system design.

- Experience in working with relational databases and SQL.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
