Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Solution Architect to lead large-scale SAP transformation initiatives and drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) solution design across global business environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP SD, strong cross-functional integration knowledge, and proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, delivery teams, and global process owners to define scalable, compliant, and future-ready SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and drive SAP SD solution architecture across complex enterprise landscapes.

- Design and implement end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including :

1. Quotations

2. Sales Orders

3. Deliveries

4. Billing

5. Returns Management

6. Pricing & Rebates

7. ATP / Advanced ATP (aATP)

8. Credit Management

- Define scalable global template solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.

- Lead business process workshops and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.

- Lead SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation programs from blueprint through go-live.

- Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration strategy, and deployment planning.

- Define RICEFW objects, integration architecture, testing strategy, and data migration approach.

- Support cutover planning, go-live readiness assessments, and hypercare activities.

- Lead integration design between :

1. SAP SD

2. SAP MM

3. SAP PP

4. SAP FI/CO

5. SAP TM

6. SAP EWM / WM

7. SAP GTS

- Collaborate with technical teams to design APIs, EDI interfaces, middleware integrations, and external partner connectivity.

- Support complex manufacturing and supply chain scenarios including :

1. Make-to-Stock (MTS)

2. Make-to-Order (MTO)

3. Assemble-to-Order (ATO)

4. Engineer-to-Order (ETO)

- Enable configurable product solutions using Variant Configuration / Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC).

- Act as the trusted advisor for business and IT leadership.

- Provide architectural governance and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.

- Mentor functional consultants and project teams.

- Drive solution reviews, risk mitigation, and quality assurance throughout project lifecycles.

Required Skills & Experience :

Functional Expertise :

- 12 to 15 years of SAP experience with deep specialization in SAP SD.

- Strong expertise in end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.

- Experience designing global SAP templates for multinational organizations.

- Strong understanding of pricing procedures, credit management, output management, and sales execution processes.

SAP S/4HANA Experience :

- Minimum 23 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations as Lead Consultant or Solution Architect.

- Experience with S/4HANA simplifications and best-practice process adoption.

Integration Experience :

- Strong SAP SD integration expertise with MM, PP, FI/CO, TM, GTS, and EWM/WM.

- Experience integrating SAP with external systems through :

1. EDI

2. APIs

3. Middleware platforms

4. Third-party logistics providers

Technical & Delivery Skills :

- Experience defining :

1. RICEFW Objects

2. Data Migration Strategy

3. SIT/UAT Testing

4. Cutover Planning

5. Go-Live Support

- Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery frameworks.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Strong consulting and solutioning capabilities.

- Ability to lead global teams and manage multiple workstreams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP S/4HANA Sales Certification.

- SAP Activate Project Management knowledge.

- Exposure to global tax, compliance, and trade processes.

- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, industrial, engineering, consumer goods, or retail industries.
