We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager Consultant with 5 to 10 years of experience in managing SAP transformation and implementation programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA project delivery, ensuring successful execution across all phases from blueprinting to go-live. This role requires strong project management expertise, stakeholder engagement capabilities, and experience managing large-scale SAP implementations in complex, multi-vendor environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery across all phases including planning, blueprinting, design, build, testing, deployment, and go-live.

- Manage SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, and transformation programs.

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource plans, budgets, and governance frameworks.

- Drive project execution across multiple workstreams while ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

- Manage stakeholders, business users, implementation partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Monitor project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.

- Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, compliance requirements, and organizational processes.

- Facilitate steering committee meetings, project reviews, status reporting, and executive communications.

- Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and resource utilization.

- Coordinate testing, user acceptance activities, change management, training, and cutover planning.

- Drive Agile project execution using SAP Activate methodology and project management best practices.

- Ensure successful integration across business functions and SAP modules.

- Support organizational change management and business adoption initiatives.

- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, metrics, and delivery reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5-10 years of experience in SAP Project Management or SAP Program Delivery.

- Strong experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including Greenfield and Brownfield programs.

- Solid understanding of SAP business processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Plan-to-Produce.

- Proven experience managing end-to-end SAP project lifecycles from blueprint to go-live.

- Strong expertise in project planning, governance, risk management, and delivery execution.

- Hands-on experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery frameworks.

- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and related platforms.

- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

- Experience managing complex, multi-vendor and cross-functional project environments.

- Strong leadership, team management, negotiation, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
