Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing SAP FICO solutions, supporting finance transformation initiatives, and ensuring efficient financial operations.

The role requires deep functional knowledge of financial accounting processes, stakeholder management skills, and experience delivering SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

Requirements:

- 6-15 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting, implementation, rollout, or support projects.

- Strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting, and Cash Management.

- Good understanding of SAP Controlling (CO) processes including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and finance operations.

- Experience in end-to-end SAP project lifecycle including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.

- Experience in financial reconciliations, period-end closing, and financial reporting processes.

- Knowledge of SAP integration with MM, SD, PP, Treasury, and other business modules.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication and user-training capabilities.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and design SAP FICO solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

- Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cash Management, and Cost Controlling.

- Lead and support SAP implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement, and support projects.

- Perform financial reconciliations and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.

- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.

- Collaborate with finance teams and business stakeholders to improve financial processes and reporting.

- Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for custom developments and integrations.

- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution activities.

- Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support for SAP FICO processes and best practices.

- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure smooth operation of SAP financial systems.

- Maintain documentation including business process flows, configuration documents, and user guides.

- Support finance transformation initiatives and SAP S/4HANA adoption programs.
