Role Overview:

As a Yardi Functional Specialist, you will serve as the primary bridge between complex business requirements and the Yardi Voyager platform. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to configure, maintain, and optimize property management systems, ensuring that financial reporting and operational workflows are accurate and scalable. This role is pivotal in driving the technical health of our clients' real estate platforms, directly influencing their ability to manage assets effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and maintain Yardi Voyager modules to align with specific client business processes and property accounting requirements.

- Manage the end-to-end implementation and troubleshooting of PayScan workflows to ensure seamless invoice processing and vendor management.

- Develop and execute YSR (Yardi Scripting Reports) to provide stakeholders with actionable insights and customized financial statements.

- Provide comprehensive technical support and administrative oversight for Yardi Voyager, resolving system issues to minimize operational downtime.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement reporting analytics that track key performance indicators across property portfolios.

- Execute SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate data for complex reporting needs and system audits.

- Train end-users on system best practices and new feature rollouts to ensure high adoption rates and data integrity across the organization.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing Yardi Voyager environments, including system administration, configuration, and functional troubleshooting.

- Proficiency in utilizing PayScan and YSR to automate financial workflows and generate sophisticated management reports.

- Strong command of SQL for data extraction, database management, and building custom analytical reports.

- Proven ability to translate complex property accounting principles into technical system requirements.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage client expectations effectively.

- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and self-motivation while collaborating with distributed teams.

- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Yardi functional consulting or property management system administration.

- A Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
