Role Overview :

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer who can ensure the quality and reliability of our platform through robust automation frameworks and testing strategies. You will work closely with engineering and product teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks

- Write and execute test cases (functional, regression, API, UI)

- Collaborate with developers to understand features and identify test scenarios

- Perform API testing and validate backend services

- Identify, log, and track bugs using issue tracking tools

- Ensure product quality through continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines

- Improve testing processes, coverage, and efficiency

Required Skills :

- 1-5 years of experience in QA / Automation Testing

- Strong experience with tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar

- Knowledge of Java / Python / JavaScript for automation

- Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured, etc.)

- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)

- Good debugging and analytical skills

Good to Have :

- Experience in SaaS / eCommerce platforms

- Knowledge of performance testing tools

- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
