We are seeking a Senior AEM Back-End Developer who can own end-to-end AEM backend delivery across AEM Sites and Edge Delivery Services (EDS). This role involves backend engineering, architectural input, SOW and estimation support, client pitching, and solutioning responsibility for AEM-based enterprise websites.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own backend delivery across AEM Sites + EDS hybrid projects.

- Build Sling Models, Servlets, OSGi Services, Workflows, and integrations.

- Participate in SOW creation, technical estimations, and client proposals.

- Actively participate in client-facing discussions, pitches, and demos.

- Develop REST, SOAP, GraphQL integrations with CRM, PIM, and enterprise systems.

- Optimize JCR queries, Oak indexing, and dispatcher caching.

- Ensure security best practices (ACL, SSO, CORS, CSRF, secure APIs).

- Collaborate with architects, frontend engineers, DevOps, and QA.

- Troubleshoot production issues (workflows, dispatcher, API failures).

- Maintain documentation and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4-8+ years of hands-on AEM backend development experience.

- Strong in Java, Sling Models, OSGi, Servlets, JCR, Oak.

- Experience with AEM 6.x & AEMaaCS.

- Working knowledge of Edge Delivery Services (EDS).

- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, dispatcher, indexing, workflows.

- Experience with SOW, estimation, and client-facing technical roles.

- Experience integrating REST/SOAP/GraphQL APIs.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Cloud Manager/Jenkins).

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
