Were seeking a proactive IT Operations specialist to join our team and oversee IT infrastructure, endpoint security, and user support.

This hands-on role involves managing firewalls (FortiGate, Cisco ASA), VPNs, and remote access; administering Windows Server environments (AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP) alongside support for Windows, Linux, and macOS.

Youll also be responsible for system monitoring, backups, troubleshooting hardware and OS issues, maintaining documentation, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring compliance and uptime across our IT landscape.

Must have skills :

- Firewall & VPN configuration Cisco ASA, FortiGate.

- Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting Wireshark, SNMP, packet capture.

- Active Directory, DNS & DHCP Admin domain services.

- Soft Skills Analytical thinking, communication, teamwork.

Nice to have skills :

- Cloud Networking AWS/Azure VPCs or hybrid setups (hands?on).

Job Responsibilities :

- Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity and related networking issues.

- Manage and support firewalls (e.g., FortiGate, Cisco ASA), VPNs (IPsec, SSL), and secure remote access solutions.

- Administer Windows Server environments (2016/2019), including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.

- Monitor and support corporate Wi?Fi infrastructure, including routers and access points.

- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting on Windows 10/11, Ubuntu Linux, and macOS for network-related issues.

- Perform network monitoring, traffic analysis (Wireshark), performance tuning, and incident response.

- Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and follow change-control processes.

- Coordinate with IT support teams and escalate infrastructure issues effectively.

- Work with cloud-based services (AWS/Azure) to integrate or extend on-premise networks.

- Perform basic laptop hardware diagnostics (RAM, storage, battery, fan) and OS-level troubleshooting on Windows, Linux, macOS.

- Replace common hardware components and check Device Manager for driver/failure notifications.

Required Skills :

- 4 to 6 years in network or systems engineering roles.

- Hands-on experience with Cisco and/or Fortinet networking gear.

- Firewall & VPN configuration (Fortinet, Cisco ASA).

- Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP administration.

- Proficiency with Windows Server 2016/2019; Linux (Ubuntu); macOS troubleshooting.

- Network monitoring and packet capture tools (e.g., Wireshark).

- Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) and hybrid connectivity.

- Solid documentation and communication skills; teamwork oriented.

Educational Qualifications :

- Engineering graduate or B.Tech with relevant major subjects like Computer Science.

Years of Experience : 4 to 6 years.

Location : Hyderabad.
