Job Summary :

Xemplar Insights is seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Project Manager to lead and manage complex development projects for our US-based customers. You will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team of 10-20 resources, planning and delivering multiple projects, and acting as the primary point of contact for our clients. Key Responsibilities :

- Project Planning & Execution : Serve as a hands-on manager, effectively planning and executing application or product development projects primarily using Agile-Scrum methodology.

- Delivery Optimization : Think out-of-the-box to optimize delivery practices, resource allocation, and key performance factors to ensure successful project delivery. Apply suitable delivery strategies to meet desired project objectives and business outcomes.

- Client & Stakeholder Management : Directly interact and manage client resources with effective and professional communications, aiming to become their trusted partner and go-to-person for all inquiries and information. Network with customer stakeholders to develop excellent working relationships.

- Cross-functional Coordination : Coordinate cross-project activities seamlessly between client, onsite (US-based), and offshore resources (India-based).

- Agile Proficiency : Be proficient in Agile-Scrum methodology, applying proven techniques to drive quality, throughput, and ensure project success.

- Oversight & Metrics : Provide day-to-day oversight on deliverables, resources performance, and inter-dependencies to streamline execution. Effectively manage schedule, scope, and quality for assigned projects using appropriate metrics.

- Estimation & Scoping : Must have experience in estimating development work for additional statements of work and new project phases.

- Technical Understanding : Leverage a strong understanding of core IT development processes and solutions involving AI, Mobile, Web, Cloud (AWS, Azure), and data analytics to effectively manage technical teams and discussions.

- Problem-Solving & Learning : Be self-motivated with the ambition to problem-solve, and passionate to learn through the process, continuously upskilling in relevant technologies and methodologies.

Required Experience & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager for application or product development projects.

- Expertise in Agile-Scrum methodology and its practical application.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated by an ability to work well virtually with US-based customers, management, partners, and offshore teams/resources based in India.

- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

- Strong customer service and support focus with a desire to deliver a high-quality service.

- Must have experience in estimating the development work for additional statements of work.

- Strong organizational and planning skills; a very good team player.

Educational Qualifications :
