- Own and drive end to-end Magento solution architecture.

- Design scalable backend systems and integration flows with 3rd party platforms.

- Define best practices, coding guidelines, and architectural blueprints.

- Conduct advanced debugging, system analysis, and performance optimization.

- Provide technical leadership to developers and conduct code reviews.

- Collaborate with cross functional teams for planning, estimation, and release execution.

- Ensure security, maintainability, and scalability in all backend solutions.

Mandatory Skills & Expertise :

- 10+ years backend development experience, with strong specialization in Magento 2.

Deep expertise in :

- PHP, MySQL

- REST / GraphQL APIs

- Magento module architecture

- Dependency Injection (DI), Plugins, Observers

- Custom module design & optimization

- Familiarity with Docker, DevOps processes, and cloud deployments.

- Strong architectural understanding of Magento workflows, request lifecycle, and extension mechanisms.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Good to have Skills :

- Experience with React / Next.js (nice to have, not mandatory).

- Experience with Adobe Commerce Cloud (advantage).

- Adobe Commerce Architect or Developer certifications (plus).
