Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst - Product Owner who can bridge the gap between business requirements, customers, and technology teams. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business needs, defining product requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements.

- Conduct discussions with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand business needs.

- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

- Define and prioritize product features and backlog based on business requirements.

- Work closely with UI/UX, development, QA, and project teams throughout the product lifecycle.

- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Convert business requirements into clear and actionable user stories.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

- Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for process/product improvements.

- Support UAT and ensure delivered features meet defined requirements.

- Track product requirements and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills :

- 4 - 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.

- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.

- Strong knowledge of BRD, FRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Process Mapping.

- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.

- Good understanding of product development and software engineering processes.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience in handling multiple requirements and priorities.

Good to Have :

- Experience working on technology/digital products.

- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations.

- Experience with wireframing/prototyping tools such as Figma.

- Experience in client-facing roles.

- Technical background or understanding of web/mobile applications.
