Job Description :

The Senior Configurator - Duck Creek Billing is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing billing solutions using the Duck Creek Billing platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure Duck Creek Billing components including billing rules, invoicing, commissions, payment plans, and collections.

- Analyze business requirements and convert them into functional and technical design specifications.

- Work closely with business analysts and product owners for requirement clarification and solution design.

- Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT cycles.

- Troubleshoot and resolve defects/issues in billing configuration.

- Ensure adherence to Duck Creek best practices and project standards.

- Collaborate with integration teams for upstream/downstream system interactions.

- Participate in release planning and deployment activities

Requirements :

- Industry : Property & Casualty Insurance / InsurTech / IT Services

- Years of experience : 5 - 10 years (with 4+ years in Duck Creek Billing)
