Wrike/PMO Consultant

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled WRIKE/PMO Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. The successful candidate will have advanced administrative Wrike expertise and the ability to design scalable Wrike structures to support roadmap and financial planning.

About the Role :

The WRIKE/PMO Specialist will play a key role in partnering with Senior Directors and Directors and CBPOs/BPOs to build Wrike structures and custom fields. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to propose alternatives in the Wrike system to better present and capture initiatives and status.

Key Responsibilities :

- Utilize advanced administrative Wrike expertise to design and implement scalable Wrike structures

- Partner with Senior Directors and Directors and CBPOs/BPOs to build Wrike structures and custom fields

- Propose alternatives in the Wrike system to better present and capture initiatives and status

- Translate Wrike data into executive level insights, charts, and roadmaps

- Support portfolio planning through Wrike system design and implementation

Required Skills :

- Advanced administrative Wrike expertise, including custom fields, workflows, folders/projects, views, dashboards, reporting, and automation

- Ability to design scalable Wrike structures to support roadmap and financial planning

- Experience working with Senior Directors and Directors and CBPOs/BPOs

- Ability to propose alternatives in the Wrike system to better present and capture initiatives and status

- Experience translating Wrike data into executive level insights, charts, and roadmaps
