Summary :

We are hiring a Sr. WorkForce Software (WFS) Specialist with 3 to 8 years of experience in WorkForce Software (WFS), UKG Pro WFM, Kronos WFC, or UKG Dimensions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support Time & Attendance modules.

- Configure Pay Rules, Work Rules, Pay Codes, Accruals, Scheduling, and Time Off.

- Perform UAT, Go-Live, Production Support, and issue resolution.

- Work on SQL, WIM, API, Flat File, and SFTP integrations.

- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business teams.

Qualifications :

- 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting WorkForce Software.

- WorkForce Software Certifications: PT102, PT120, PT125.

- SQL or Oracle experience for data queries, troubleshooting, reports, and validation.

- Experience with WFS scripts (creation, modification, debugging).

- Expertise in policy profiles, policy sets, pay codes, exceptions, complex premiums rules & TCP, banks, accruals, holidays, labor distribution, work rules, combination rules, schedules, time off requests, In/Out policy, rounding & gracing, etc.

- Experience with integrations (Scripts, API, flat files, SFTP).

- Ability to execute testing and validation for system changes.

- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UKG HRIS.

- Multi-country Workforce Management implementation experience.

- UKG/Kronos or WFS certifications are a plus.
