Job Title : Camunda Developer (Contract)

Experience : 4-8 Years

Location : Bengaluru

Contract Duration : 3-12 months (extendable)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Camunda Developer with strong expertise in workflow orchestration and backend development. The role involves designing, building, and optimizing scalable business process workflows using Camunda (preferably Camunda 8).

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement BPMN workflows using Camunda

- Build end-to-end process orchestration across systems

- Develop and maintain Zeebe workers and microservices (Python)

- Integrate REST APIs and event-driven systems

- Implement error handling, retries, and compensation logic

- Optimize workflows for scalability, reliability, and performance

- Ensure data consistency and idempotent execution

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for workflow improvement

Requirements :

- 4+ years of backend/workflow systems experience

- Strong hands-on experience with Camunda & BPMN 2.0

- Experience with Camunda 8 and Zeebe workers

- Strong Python programming skills (production-level)

- Experience with microservices and distributed systems

- Hands-on with REST APIs and event-driven architectures

- Strong debugging/problem-solving in production environments

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

- Experience with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)

- Understanding of finance-related workflows (billing, reconciliation)

Additional Notes :

- Contract role with potential extension
