Key Responsibilities:

Workday Integrations :

- Develop, maintain, and support integrations between Workday and third-party systems including Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), SAP, Payroll, and other applications.

- Strong hands-on experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, XML/XSLT, and Workday Orchestrate.

- Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot failures, and resolve technical issues.

- Maintain integration documentation and inventory.

Security & Tenant Management :

- Manage integration security, API credentials, integration users, and technical security configurations.

- Support domain security policies and technical dependencies related to Workday security.

- Manage Production, Sandbox, and Implementation tenants, including tenant refreshes and testing environments.

Release & Testing :

- Analyze Workday biannual releases for integration and technical impact.

- Perform integration testing, regression testing, and support UAT activities.

- Coordinate technical changes with HR Functional teams and IT stakeholders.

Reporting & Data :

- Support technically complex Workday reports, calculated fields, and data requirements.

- Ensure data integrity and support data quality initiatives.

- Assist with data migration, extraction, mapping, loading, and validation.

New Module Implementations :

- Provide technical support for Talent Optimization and Learning implementations.

- Design and develop integrations for new Workday modules.

- Participate in technical design workshops and solution reviews.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management :

- Act as the technical point of contact for Workday and third-party vendors.

- Coordinate technical escalations with Workday Support.

- Work closely with HR, Infrastructure, Security, Identity Management, and other IT teams.

Mandatory Skills :

- 5+ years of hands-on Workday technical experience.

- Strong expertise in Workday Integrations.

- Hands-on experience with: EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Workday Orchestrate, REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, XML/XSLT.

- Strong understanding of Workday Security, including integration security and domain security policies.

- Experience with Workday Tenant Management / Environment Administration.

- Experience with Workday implementation and/or post-go-live AMS/support.

- Experience integrating Workday with Payroll and ERP systems; SAP preferred.

- Experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) or other Identity Management systems.

- Understanding of data migration, ETL, data validation, and testing concepts.

- Good functional understanding of Workday HCM Core, Recruiting, and Compensation.

- Experience working with HR Functional teams in a global AMS environment.
