Role Overview :

Looking for an experienced Workday Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Workday integrations, reporting, and technical solution design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Workday technical solutions aligned with business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday technical solutions.

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Workday integrations and reporting solutions to meet business requirements.

- Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.

- Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, Advanced Reports, and BIRT reports.

Technical Skills :

- Workday Integrations : EIB, Workday Studio, and Cloud Connect (PICOF, PECI, CCW, and CCB).

- Workday Reporting : Advanced Report Writer, BIRT Reporting, dashboards, and data analytics.

- Workday Configuration : Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, and Custom Fields.

- Technical Skills : XML, XSLT, integration troubleshooting, testing, and validation.

Key Requirements :

- Proven expertise in Workday technical design, development, and implementation.

- Strong hands-on experience in Workday integrations and report development.

- Experience in technical solution design, stakeholder collaboration, and release management.
