We are seeking an experienced Workday Talent Management Consultant with expertise in Workday Learning Module and/or Workday Prism Analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, administering, and enhancing Workday Learning solutions, ensuring seamless delivery of learning programs and data-driven insights across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, manage, and support the Workday Learning module including courses, content, learning campaigns, and assignments.

- Administer and maintain learning catalogs, curricula, and user enrollments.

- Design and manage learning campaigns aligned with organizational goals.

- Generate and analyze reports and dashboards to track learning effectiveness and compliance.

- Support Workday Prism Analytics for data integration, transformation, and reporting (if applicable).

- Collaborate with HR, L&D, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and system performance within Workday.

- Manage integrations with third-party learning content providers (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, etc.).

- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements.

- Stay updated with Workday releases and implement new features where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM, with strong hands-on experience in Workday Learning module.

- Experience in Workday Prism Analytics (preferred).

- Strong understanding of Talent Management and Learning & Development processes.

- Experience in configuring business processes, security roles, and reporting in Workday.

- Knowledge of integrations (EIB, Workday Studio, APIs) is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Workday Certification in Learning and/or Prism Analytics.

- Experience working in Agile environments.

- Exposure to global HR systems and processes.
