- Translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday solutions, challenging assumptions where needed and presenting alternatives with clear trade-offs.

- Serve as the primary point of escalation for functional decisions on your engagements, bringing together client, delivery, and technical perspectives.

- Build trusted relationships with HR leaders and business stakeholders, positioning Agilysis as a long-term strategic partner.

- Define the overall solution architecture for Talent & Performance implementations, ensuring design decisions are consistent, scalable, and aligned with Workday best practices.

- Lead configuration of Workday Talent & Performance modules.

- Lead or provide senior oversight on end-to-end Workday Talent & Performance implementations, setting quality standards for the team and ensuring delivery alignment with scope and client expectations.

- Review and approve configuration workbooks, design documents, and test artifacts produced by junior team members.

- Oversee hypercare support post-deployment, ensuring production stability and a smooth handover to AMS teams.

- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities within client environments, proactively surfacing optimization recommendations beyond the immediate support scope.

Required Qualifications:

- 8+ years of Workday functional experience, with at least 4 years focused on Talent & Performance configuration and delivery.

- Demonstrated ability to own solution design decisions independently, without relying on senior oversight for day-to-day functional direction.

- Deep knowledge of Workday HCM architecture, business process design, and security framework as it relates to Talent & Performance.

- Proven track record of leading client-facing workshops, design reviews, and executive-level conversations.

- Experience mentoring or guiding junior consultants on configuration and delivery best practices.

- Strong analytical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to diagnose complex configuration issues and drive resolution.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present confidently to both HR practitioners and senior business leaders.

- Experience with EIBs, custom reporting, and calculated fields; familiarity with integration concepts involving Talent & Performance data flows is a plus.

- Workday Talent & Performance certification preferred.
