Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Workday integrations and HR processes.

- Design functional solutions and integration requirements using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.

- Collaborate with business users, HR teams, and technical consultants to define integration strategies.

- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and solution design documents.

- Support testing, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities.

- Troubleshoot integration issues and recommend process improvements.

- Participate in Workday implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects.

Required Skills :

- 5- 9 years of overall experience with strong Workday functional and integration experience.

- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.

- Strong understanding of Workday HCM business processes.

- Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to Workday Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, or Financials.

- Workday certification is an added advantage.

- Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.
