We are looking for a skilled Workday Studio Functional Consultant with 5+ years of experience in Workday integrations and functional consulting. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integration solutions using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, collaborating with technical teams, and ensuring seamless integration between Workday and external systems.

- Troubleshooting integration issues, performing impact analysis, and supporting Workday implementation and enhancement projects.

Preferred Qualifications :

- A solid understanding of Workday business processes, reporting, security, and data management.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as the role involves working closely with business users, HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Experience in Workday implementation, support, or optimization projects will be an added advantage.

- Workday certification is preferred but not mandatory.
