Role Overview :

As a Workday SCM Consultant, you will be at the forefront of implementing and optimizing Workday's Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions for our clients. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with clients to understand their business requirements, designing and configuring Workday SCM modules, and providing ongoing support to ensure seamless operations.

You will work alongside a team of experienced consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders, playing a pivotal role in transforming their supply chain processes and driving significant improvements in efficiency, visibility, and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze client business requirements related to supply chain processes to design effective Workday SCM solutions.

- Configure and test Workday SCM modules, including Procurement, Inventory, and Supplier Management, to meet client-specific needs and ensure optimal system performance.

- Develop and deliver training programs for client users to facilitate adoption and maximize the value of Workday SCM.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve issues and ensure the smooth operation of Workday SCM.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of Workday SCM with other enterprise systems.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday SCM features and functionalities to provide clients with innovative solutions and best practices.

- Contribute to the development of Workday SCM implementation methodologies and best practices to improve efficiency and quality.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to configure and implement Workday SCM modules, including Procurement, Inventory, and Supplier Management.

- Proven ability to analyze business requirements and design effective Workday SCM solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues in a timely and effective manner.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.

- Workday SCM certification is highly preferred.

- Adaptable to remote, hybrid, and on-site work environments based on project needs.
